In a bowl, mix the Panko bread crumbs with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper. Set aside

Whisk the eggs and set them aside to use later.

Thinly slice the chicken breasts.

Take the thinly sliced chicken and coat it with flour.

Now take the flour-coated chicken tender and dip it in the egg.

Coat the chicken in the Panko bread crumbs and then place on the baking pan. Repeat with the rest of the stripes.

Take to the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 375 dregrees or until done.
