Jalapeno Popper Dip 

Baked in a large cast-iron skillet, this easy crowd-pleasing dip recipe is perfect for all ages. Try it with crackers, toasted bread, pretzels, or chips!

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees and prep your cast iron skillet with a quick spray of vegetable oil. Remove seeds and dice up the 5 Jalapeños. Set aside

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl blend the Real California cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and mayo until well blended. Add the cheddar cheese and Diced Queso Fresco Cheese. Dump the mixture into the large skillet.

Step 2

For the topping mix together well in a small mixing bowl the crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, and parmesan cheese. Spread an even layer in the cast iron skillet.

Step 3

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove out of the oven when the topping turns a golden brown. Serve Immediatly.
