Ingredients

Step 1

Turn on the instant pot Saute mode, then add the garlic and pork. Brown on all sides.

Step 2

Add the bay leaves and peppercorns, cook for about  1-2 minutes or until fragrent.

Step 3

Add the white vinegar and soy sauce and brown sugar to the pot, I use the Filipino brand.

Step 4

Cook on the meat setting for 15 minutes. With 10 minutes NPR.

Step 5

Flip back on the Saute mode to cook down the sauce. *See cooking notes for more details.

Step 6

Serve with freshly steamed jasmine rice.
