I’m Jessica Simms, but everyone calls me Jay. I’m a first-generation Filipino American with an insatiable curiosity for the world, a deep love for food, and an ever-growing list of places to explore. Based in the vibrant the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. Metro Area, I’ve carved out a life fueled by adventure, culture, and delicious bites.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the idea of going everywhere and tasting everything. I used to dream of visiting every country before I hit 30. Clearly, I underestimated how big the world is and how addicting exploration can be. Spoiler: I’m not done yet.
