Brooklyn Creamery Company Sampling Demos – Coming Soon Near You!
But who or what is The Brooklyn Creamery Company? They are Two cousins who traveled around the world, noticing all different types of double creams. They asked themselves, “Why isn’t there anything like this in the US?”
They went walking through supermarkets looking for similar products, only to find bland and watery cream. Also noticed the vast amount of ingredients listed on the packaging. (15+ ingredients!)

They then decided then and there to create an all-new, natural extra thick double cream for all Americans to enjoy. For the next two years, the cousins began researching and working on creating the perfect extra thick double cream. Working with dairy experts and professionals, they finally came up with a secret, time-honored process using minimal ingredients to create their unique cream.
Brooklyn Creamery Extra Thick Double Cream is all-natural and can be used for but not limited to: Spooning, Whipping, and Cooking. Now let’s look at what the Brooklyn Creamery Company’s Extra Thick Cream is.
THE BROOKLIN CREAMERY COMPANY´S EXTRA THICK CREAM
A brand New Dairy Product Made in New York For All Americans to Enjoy.
Simple Indulgent, All New, All Natural.
- All-natural, no artificial preservatives, and no added sugars or salts.
- Gluten-Free and Kosher.
- Our cream has been treated using a unique, time-honored process that gives it a rich, thick, creamy texture.
- The thickness is akin to sour cream or Greek yogurt (i.e. it can be spooned out of the tub and stays on the spoon).
- Due to seasonal variations, sometimes it is so thick it can almost be spreadable, but normally is a ‘’dollop’’
- The taste is a thicker, creamier version of heavy cream that has a consistency similar to sour cream, but without the sour flavor. Simply indulgent.
- Our Extra Thick Single Cream is half the fat of our Double Cream
- Ingredient list: Fresh Cream, Carrageenan, Nisin
FAQs
- Carrageenan – All Natural Stabilizer made from sea algae
- Since cream changes with seasons depending on a cows’ diet, Carrageenan keeps our cream stable throughout the year
- Nisin – All Natural Preservative made from fermented milk
- Use less than 0.2% of both ingredients combined (less than 1/5 of 1%).
- Double Cream has a 42% milk fat content, half the fat of butter.
- Single Cream has 21% milk fat, which is half the fat of our Double Cream
- Our cream is NOT ULTRA PASTURIZED the way typical heavy creams are, which keeps more nutrients in the cream as well as giving it a thicker, richer taste.

Dang it!! This looks amazing!! I love whipped cream and could eat it right out of the tub but it’s full of so much stuff that isn’t good for you, this looks so much better!!
Sadly, there is not a location nearby for me to taste this new product. I hope to see it in my grocer soon as I would love to bake with it.
Oops, looks like our city is not on the list. I hope it will come here in the future though. I surely would love to try it out.
This sounds awesome! I wish there was one of these in Canada so I could have a sample though
We have tried making a dish using heavy cream and it did not turn out well at all. We either didn’t follow the instructions correctly or it was just a bust from the start. We were trying to make a copy cat olive garden chicken scampi.
Shame its only in the states would love to attend such an event.
Oooh, gluten-free and yummy to the eyes! We’ve been wanting to try more gluten-free foods. This would be perfect!
OMG why can’t they bring this to So Cal????? This sounds divine!!!
All of these locations are up North/New England in my old stomping grounds, bummer! Maybe they will open one up down here in South Florida, I’ll be waiting for a sample!
Oh man there not going to be in my state. Wish I could go. I would really love to sample this. Looks great!
Alas, none quite near me, but close! This looks like such a rich and delicious cream, even without a sampling event I know I’ll be looking for it!
The Brooklyn Creamery Company extra thick ice cream looks fabulous – I would love to have some taste testing going on – I’ll keep looking for it as we are on vacations – there’s none near So. California –
I love when stores have in-store demos and samplings to try out new products! Thanks for sharing.
Sounds pretty awesome. Too bad it’s not around here at all, I think it would be great. That looks so delicious too!
Who can say no to a free sample? And this stuff looks delicious! Too bad there are none near me.
This looks so delicious. I wish i could get to try some of this. I will have to look for something similar near me.
It’s really great stuff. They didn’t have tastings in my area, but it is carried in my super market.
I’ve really enjoyed experimenting with it the last few weeks.
I need a bowl full of that double cream, looks delicious! Wish there are some like that here.
That looks so good! Unfortunately, they are not anywhere near here. Have a good time!
Oh my goodness this looks so good. I have not been to a creamery in so long. Thanks for sharing.
I love Brooklyn Creamery’s products. They are so easy to cook with!
I’ve never tried them before. I’m keeping my eyes peeled, though!
Have fun with the demo, hopefully they will be sharing some fun recipes too?

I’ll have to attend one of these events! There aren’t any in Rhode Island, but it’s like a five minute trip out of the state anyway. 😉
Aww. None of these are in my area. =( I’ll have to keep an eye open when I’m at the store for this stuff, though.
It looks like there is going to be one near me, so I will go mark my calendar! I want to sample some for sure.
