My Top 2021 Food and Wine Festival Picks!
Among the many delicious food and drinks, I was able to sample during my recent visit to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. I had a few dishes and drinks that really stuck out to me. Some of my favorites have been offered yearly during this event, others are NEW to this year’s Food and Wine Festival.

South Korea
Located in the Festa Italia Country, this booth is next to the Turkish Delight attraction. Just follow the wonderful smell of BBQ smoke and you will find it! The kids and I loved everything we got and were pleasantly surprised by the chocolate banana milk.
- NEW! Banana Milk (Vanilla or Chocolate)
- NEW! Chicken Bulgogi (Grilled Korean-style Chicken & Rice)
- Beef Bulgogi (Grilled Korean-style Beef & Rice)
- Korean BBQ Pork Ribs (Spicy Chili BBQ & Gochujang Slaw)

Jamaica
I look forward to visiting this booth every single year, it never disappoints. The Jamaica booth is located in Germany Country across from the Kinder Karrousel. Not pictured is the DELICIOUS Frozen Jamaican Punch that was so good I wish I had ordered 2!
- Jerk Chicken Slider (Mango Salsa & Cilantro Lime Slaw)
- Gamba Fritters (Crispy Shrimp Dumplings & Pickapeppa™ Sauce)
- NEW RECIPE! Frozen Jamaican Punch (Sailor Jerry® Spiced Rum, Malibu® Coconut Rum, Blackberry Brandy, Banana Liqueur, Orange & Pineapple Juice)

Virginia
As a born and raised Virginia girl, you know I couldn’t miss all the good stuff at the Virginia booth. Located next to the Clydesdales Stables, dine on some well-loved Virginia delights. Including hush puppies, strawberry lemonade, and of course apple pie moonshine!
- Bacon & Cheddar Hushpuppies (Cornmeal fritters & honey butter)
- She-Crab Soup (Crab bisque, Old Bay® Crostini & Chesapeake Blue Crab Salad)
- Strawberry Lemonade (Fresh Lemonade & Strawberries)

Hawaii
Aloha! Located next in Ireland country just past Castle O’Sullivan. Where they typically hold their Santa’s Fireside Feast at Christmas Town you will find the wonderful Hawaii booth.
The Hawaii booth is my go-to spot for the Frozen Blue Hawaiian, and yes I did order two samples of it so I didn’t have to get back in line again. It’s so good! You won’t want to miss these other top picks below.
- NEW! Spam Musubi (Seared Spam, Sushi Rice & Sweet Soy Glaze)
- Hawaiian Mac & Cheese (Ham, Pineapple & Macadamia Nut Crust)
- NEW RECIPE! Frozen Blue Hawaiian (Ocean® Organic Hawaiian Vodka, Coconut Cream & Pineapple)
- Hibiscus Lemonade (Fresh Lemonade & Hibiscus Flower)

Sangria Garden
Every year I make a point to visit the Sangria Garden, I like to taste my way through the many sangria flavors they offer. They are located just outside of the country of Italy, next to the Battering Ram. If you are like me and can’t decide what flavor to try, grab the Sangria flight and enjoy them all guilt-free.

There are Many Tasty Reasons to Come Back Week After Week
During our visit, we, unfortunately, didn’t have the opportunity to sample any foods from Brazil, Mexico, Crepes and Coffee, Island Freeze, or the French Quarter. So that of course means we have to plan a trip to go back! While this is a great reason for us to plan another visit, there are many more tasty reasons to come back week after week.
- ALL-NEW savory dishes like Spam Musubi with sushi rice, Chicken Bulgogi, and Chicken & Andouille Gumbo are sure to satisfy taste buds. With over 25 fresh global cuisine offerings, guests can also enjoy many returning fan favorites like tuna poke, bacon, cheddar hushpuppies, Churrasco grilled beef, and local she-crab soup.
- Savory sliders, Muffaletta, and more: Try sharable dishes like Jamaican jerk chicken sliders and Gamba fritters. Taste New Orleans flavors like Muffaletta, or Ham and Pineapple Mac and Cheese inspired by the Hawaiian Islands.
