From Monday, March 16 to Sunday, April 12, Morton’s The Steakhouse in Reston, Virginia (and other participating locations) will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy the $45 Prime & Wine special available in the bar area.
This limited engagement features the delicious Million Dollar Burger with a glass of Stag’s Leap Winery, ‘The Investor”, Napa Valley. This dish features Morton’s Prime Burger with decadent foie gras, black truffle butter, and braised short ribs all on a tasty brioche bun.

Morton’s came into existence today because of its fantastic burgers. Years ago, before co-founders Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch really knew one other, they both were employed at the Playboy Club in Montreal.
The club was updating its menu, so Klaus cooked a new type of burger for Arnie to try. After taking one bite, Arnie stated that it was the best burger he had ever eaten. From that day forward, they nicknamed Morton’s Prime Burger the “Million-Dollar Hamburger.”

For this special, Morton’s has enhanced this classic dish and created a new menu item called the Million Dollar Burger. The dish features everything from the traditional burger with the addition of decadent foie gras, black truffle butter, and braised short ribs all on a tasty brioche bun.

If you are looking for a night out in the town that features amazing service and flawless food you will have to visit Mortons The Steakhouse. Put on your favorite dress and grab your husband, family, or friends, and head over to your nearest local restaurant.
First let me say you are treated like royalty when you walk through the front door, take a seat in the car area and relax as you enjoy the atmosphere. Once you let the server know you are trying the Prime & Wine special they will return with a glass of their Stag’s Leap Winery, ‘The Investor”, Napa Valley. Personally, I found this wine to be delicious and the perfect starter to a delicious meal.
The Million Dollar Burger
The burger it’s self was amazing I don’t think I’ve had a better burger any where else in my life, I loved explaining it to my family and friends after I left. The burger featured everything from the traditional burger with the addition of decadent foie gras, black truffle butter and braised short ribs all on a tasty brioche bun.
If you top the burger off with its top bun and then press ever so lightly at the top all of the juices from the foie gras fall over the top of the burger just below it and are soaked up by the tasty brioche bun.
Meet the Chef!
At my local Mortons Steakhouse, I was able to meet the artist behind the burger and talk a little bit about the burger he created. He explained to us the process behind how the ingredients were created separately and then expertly paired and topped on one another.
I personally have to say each of the ingredients separately was very delicious but put together they all worked so well and brought out the best in each other.
