Disney’s Frozen 2 Film recently hit theaters and my girls were over the moon excited to see the film. Not only were they excited to see the Frozen 2 film, but they were more excited to catch it in the 4DX experience.

Catch Disney’s Frozen 2 film in the 4DX Experience for a limited time!
My family was invited to attend a 4DX Experience of the Frozen 2 film at Regal Cinemas in Washington DC. The 4DX experience has quickly become my family’s favorite way to enjoy many of our newest favorite films.

About Frozen 2
Why was Elsa born with magical powers? What truths about the past await Elsa as she ventures into the unknown to the enchanted forests and dark seas beyond Arendelle?
The answers are calling her but also threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven, she’ll face a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.
From the Academy Award®-winning team directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, producer Peter Del Vecho and songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez and featuring the voices of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Frozen 2” opens in U.S. theaters on Nov. 22, 2019.

Frozen 2 Film Review (Spoiler Alert!)
Elsa takes your family into the ‘unknown’ in Disney’s newest film Frozen 2. This epic journey is all about self discovery with Elsa and a journey of growth for Ana. While many of us had the burning question of why Elsa was born with her powers, I was never truly sure when Disney would unveil this answer to us.
I’m very happy to report that this film tells it all yet leaves some questions to be answered. Get ready to learn about Elsa and Ana’s family’s past which Elsa went to great lengths to learn.

In Frozen 2 we are given a glimpse into one of the girl’s favorite memories of their parents. A scene where we learn about the folk song “All Is Found” which surprise! Is actually a song about Elsa’s journey to find the 5th spirit which ends up being her! All of those years she wondered why she had this unimaginable amount of power which now she is finally able to unleash and find herself.

The struggles Elsa goes through in this film are very relatable, I feel as though we all struggle to find ourselves and realize our own full potential. The queen of Arendal is no stranger to this journey and while in this film you watch as she adventures far from her kingdom.
Elsa and Ana’s relationship is put to the test where Ana has to learn how to not lean on Elsa’s presence as a source of her own will power. This film was insanely deep and explored many internal journeys we go through as we get older.

Throw in some insanely witty humor from Olaf which, to be honest, he was, even more, funnier in this film than the last. As well as Christof standing tall and proving his love isn’t fragile, this epic film is a must-see this holiday season. I never felt for 1 second that this film was a washed-out sequel to Frozen.
If anything it was even more epic and full of new songs that have quickly become my girl’s favorite tunes to sing around the house. Hands down a wonderful film that is perfect for the whole family.

Frozen 2 4DX Experience Review
Frozen 2 is offered in 2D with the 4DX Experience, my girls and I absolutely loved that we were basically on this adventure with these infamous sisters. Get ready to ride Elsa’s ice horse across the sea, jump cliffs with Ana, and run through the Forest of Shadows.
The girls and I couldn’t help but forget we were in a theatre as we rode the ice canoe with Ana and Olaf and adventured into the unknown.
The seats move with the characters and even jostle you if the characters are falling or stumbling. It’s as if you are them in the film and are taking the journey yourself.
This is definitely my family’s favorite way to experience any film now and we honestly don’t know how we will ever go back to standard 2d or even 3D films.
