My Mediterranean Bison Burger and Fries are the perfect way to put a spin on weeknight dinner. This juicy and flavorful burger is paired with baked fries and sprinkled with feta cheese. I like to throw this dinner together when I’m looking for a fun way to mix up burger night.
Mediterranean Bison Burger and Fries
I’ve always found that finding a recipe that is quick, easy, and tasty is always a win during busy weekdays. As many of you know my family is always on the go and dinner is our way of catching up. What I loved about this dish was that it was so easy to make and required little to no effort to make it.

Mediterranean Bison Burgers
These Mediterranean Bison Burgers are perfect for dinner but also make great sliders for a grab-and-go kind of dish. I made mine with a secret ingredient, this secret ingredient works great as a cheese substitute. My secret ingredient is, you guessed it Hummus!
The Boar’s Head Kalamata Olive Tapenade Hummus was the perfect pairing for this type of burger. It really brought all of the flavors together. To keep things “spicy” with my cooking, I often try to find food substitutes, because sometimes having different flavor combinations can really excite your taste buds.

Easy Mediterranean Bison Burgers
The baked fries were easy to make and the kids loved them, winning! These fries have just 3 ingredient’s which made them simply delicious. To send this recipe over the top sprinkle Feta Cheese on top, you will thank me later.
These fries pair perfectly with the Bison burgers. This recipe also makes a great side dish to any of the other burger recipes.

Using Hummus as a Topping
If you haven’t tried this already, next time you whip up some burgers, top them with your favorite hummus! It’s such a healthy sauce swap that offers some delicious flavor contrast to any meal.
If you are a big hummus fan then you love this addition to your bison burger. I prefer to use the new olive-flavored hummus, but you can use any flavor.

How To Make Mediterranean Baked Fries
Super quick and easy to prepare, these Mediterranean-baked fries are perfect for easy weeknight dinners. Simply cut up the fries into wedges, then toss them in your preferred cooking oil. Then season them liberally with fresh Minced Oregano, Garlic Powder, and Kosher Salt.
Bake them as directed on the recipe card and then pull them from the oven. Sprinkle them with fetta cheese and then serve them alongside the Mediterranean Bison Burger. I love adding freshly topped oregano to the fries and then burying them in tons of feta cheese.

How to make Mediterranean Bison Burgers
In a medium-sized mixing bowl break up your ground bison. Now add in the Garlic Powder, Ground Coriander, and Oregano, and mix together with your hands. Form into patties or 8 sliders which are about 3 to 4 inches in size.
Let them sit for 10 minutes before throwing them in your cast iron skillet, or on the grill. Serve them with a brioche bun alongside some feta cheese topped with Mediterranean-baked fries.
